For the one who still wants to try
Small, personal missions built around your partner, on your schedule. Got 2 minutes or 20? There's a mission for that.
The problem
It happens quietly. One of you feels it first, and most couples wait years to do anything about it.

"Hundreds of couples married 60 years or more taught us one thing: people can figure it out with the right help."
Cinnamon started in the living rooms of older couples. As a physical therapist in home health, our founder interviewed hundreds of couples married 60 years or more, often with one spouse now caring for the other. Later, as a relationship coach, he used those lessons with couples going through rough patches. Nine out of ten are still together.
Then we became new parents, and learned fast that the relationship is the first thing put on hold. The couples apps we tried were questions and more questions, and they only worked if both people showed up with equal energy.
So we built a plan for the one who still wants to try. We named it Cinnamon for what we saw in those 60-year couples: two strands, rolled together into one.
